Liquid Alchemy

Cocktails, spirits, beer and a proper alcohol-free list, from the bar on the seafront in Ryde. Classics made the way they should be, a few of our own, and a back bar that runs from Islay malts to Don Julio 1942.

Start local. The Gin Martini is made with Pinkmead Estate Wild Samphire Gin, distilled a few miles away on the River Medina, and the Wight Whisky is made only from barley grown on the Island. Or tell the bar what you like and let them make you something that isn’t on here.

We serve alcohol to over-18s only and may ask for ID. Allergies: please tell the team before you order. Please speak to any member of the team and we’ll gladly tell you what’s in each dish. Our kitchen uses all allergens, so we can’t guarantee any dish is completely free from them. Small shells and bones may be present in fish and shellfish, although we do our best to remove them.
