3. Reservations and bookings
Reservations made through the Site are subject to availability and our booking policies, including any deposit, cancellation and no-show terms displayed at the point of booking. Please review the terms before confirming a booking.
By making a reservation you confirm that the contact and payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use them.
4. Gift cards and vouchers
Gift cards purchased through the Site are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance after the expiry date is forfeited. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code;
