How is it delivered?
Email vouchers arrive within minutes of checkout, ready to forward, print or save. The printed voucher is posted for £4.95 packaging and postage.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase.
Where can it be used?
At RT Café Grill, on the Thompson’s tasting menu, and in The Cellar private dining rooms. The afternoon tea vouchers are for afternoon tea at RT Café Grill, for one or for two.
Can it be used in part?
Yes. Spend it in one go or over several visits; any balance stays on the voucher.
How do they use it?
Book a table as usual, mention the voucher, and show the email or quote the voucher code on arrival. For afternoon tea, Thompson’s, the festive menu or a wine evening, call 01983 526118 to book instead, and we’ll take the voucher in place of payment. Afternoon tea needs 24 hours’ notice.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Add a personal message when you order and it appears on the voucher.
Refunds and cash?
Vouchers are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
