How is it delivered?
Digital vouchers arrive by email within minutes of checkout, ready to forward, print or save. The printed voucher is posted for £4.95 packaging and postage.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase.
Where can it be used?
At RT Café Grill, on the Thompson’s tasting menu, and in The Cellar private dining rooms. The afternoon tea voucher is for afternoon tea for two at RT Café Grill.
Can it be used in part?
Yes. Redeem in full or in part; any balance stays on the voucher.
How do they redeem it?
Book a table as usual, mention the voucher, and present the email or quote the voucher code on arrival. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance during afternoon tea service hours.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Add a personal message at checkout and it appears on the voucher.
Refunds and cash?
Vouchers are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
