Around our bespoke tableA single bespoke table set in front of the wine cellar, watching the chefs at work in the central kitchen. The most immersive of our two rooms.
Named for one of the great vintages of the 20th century — a year that produced extraordinary wines in Bordeaux, the Douro Valley, and across Italy. Wines still sought after by collectors today.
The 1945
For 12 – 22 guests.
Largest room · own barOur largest private dining room, with its own private bar, double sliding doors and a panoramic view into the wine cellar. Built for serious celebrations.
Named for the Bordeaux vintage of the century. No post-war vintage enjoys the reputation 1945 does — a remarkable year that produced one of the smallest, most concentrated crops of grapes ever seen.

What menu options are available?
Two routes. You can choose from our RT Café Grill menu — our regular à la carte and grill specials — or we can build a bespoke menu shaped around your occasion, dietary needs and budget. Wine pairings can be arranged either way.
What are the booking times?
Lunch: 12pm – 5pm (departure by 5pm).
Dinner: 6pm – 12am (departure by 12.30am).
Is there a deposit required?
Yes — a £10 non-refundable deposit per guest confirms your reservation.
When do I need to confirm the menu?
A pre-order is required at least 5 days before your event. We can also provide name cards with each guest's menu selection if requested within the same timeframe.
Can I bring decorations?
Allowed: balloons, table decorations (must be removed afterwards).
Provided: elegant glass oil lamps.
Not allowed: confetti, glitter, party poppers, indoor fireworks.
Can I play my own music?
Yes — you're welcome to play your own playlist via our Sonos system.
Can I split the bill?
Bills can be split up to two ways, unless payment is made in advance of your booking.
Is there disabled access?
Unfortunately, disabled access is not available to The Cellar. We'll do our best to assist guests with mobility needs — please mention any requirements when you enquire.
