RESERVATIONS

We currently do not ask for credit card details when booking tables with fewer than 5 guests. Please help us to keep this policy in place by letting us know if you wish to cancel your table.

Reservations must be confirmed via the Reservation Reminder email sent to you the day before your booking.

We will call all unconfirmed reservations in the morning on the reservation date, if we cannot get in contact with you we reserve the right to release your reservation to other guests.

GARDEN TABLES

In the event of bad weather, we cannot guarantee a table inside will be available if you have booked a table outside. We will call you on the morning of your booking to discuss your reservation if the weather looks problematic.

PARKING

We do not have on-site guest parking, as our car park is reserved for office and restaurant staff. There are two large car parks very close to us, one being directly opposite.

LARGE PARTIES/FESTIVE EVENTS

Our private dining rooms can be booked online for up to 22 guests. Our reservation team may contact you to discuss your menu requirements and to take a deposit for larger bookings. Parties of 5 or more are required to provide credit card details on booking. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £15 charge per guest will apply. For no-shows, the full menu price will be charged.

THOMPSON’S

Thompson’s, located on the lower ground floor, is available to book on selected dates throughout the year. Please see available booking dates in the Thompson’s tab above. To reserve a table for our fine dining experience, please select the booking area titled Thompson’s and the time you wish to arrive.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements on booking, as we offer a set menu only and politely require prior notice to cater for requests not listed on the menu.
