One form,
then relax.

Tables of six or more choose in advance, at least seven days before. It is the part that usually involves eleven replies on a group chat, so we have made it as painless as we can.

Two rooms beneath the restaurant, each with one long table and a window onto the wine cellar. One party at a time — never shared, never a second sitting, and nobody moving you on. Menus are built with Robert for the occasion, so nothing about the evening has to be off the shelf.
