What to expect
Not a tasting. A story evening.
A full evening built around the wines — not a quick flight before dinner. Robert's kitchen designs the menu to match each pour, and Helena tells the story behind it.
The room
Communal tables in our cellar dining rooms, with the wine room visible through the doors. Intimate but lively — designed for conversation across the table.
The format
One seating at 7:30pm. Seven courses paced for conversation, each introduced by Helena. No rushed service, no second sitting — the evening is yours.
The wines
A curated five-course flight chosen to complement the menu. Some you'll know, some you won't. Helena will tell you exactly why each one is in the room.
