We’re honoured to welcome Helena Nicklin — award-winning drinks writer, broadcaster, educator and co-presenter of Amazon’s The Three Drinkers — as our host for the evening. With her vibrant style and deep knowledge, Helena will guide guests through each pairing, bringing flavour, place, and story to the glass.
