Last week I had the opportunity to work with Great British Chefs and Celebrity Cruises on a cruise ship cooking for an audience of bloggers and foodie enthusiasts. Cooking with Great British Chefs – one of the most interesting dishes for me was the Langoustine tails, a fairly complicated dish not because of the tastes but in fact creating so many on board the ship. The dish was well received along with the other courses we put together and a I would like to say a big thank you to Simon Ulph (who will be joining me at Thompson’s in the kitchens) for helping me out last week.
Back to the restaurant – this week we have various items to agree with the local planning and architects. I can’t really spice this part up but we are moving as fast as we are allowed to and I hope we will have a date to tell you about soon. The builders are doing a marvellous job and can’t wait to help them out this week.
You will have seen more recipes featured on the website, take a look and try them out. I would love to see how you guys get on.
Have a great week
