It has been quite incredible how many of you have been in touch via the numerous social media channels, emails and even stopping by to say hello since we started this project and on the 4th August we finally opened the doors to the new restaurant where I have been working hard along with my marvellous team to finish on time.

The restaurant is now two weeks old and we begin our third with another fully booked restaurant. Simon and James are working with me on the next dishes ready for our new menu changes. Being back in the kitchen has given me the creativity I have long desired for lately.

The classic Lemon Tart has made it’s appearance again as we enjoy the best of the Amalfi lemons from this year and there is plenty of Island produce on show which goes to show just how fast Island produce is growing and the quality is getting better.
