[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The Isle of Wight has three different ferry companies operating from the mainland UK to the Island. Depending on where you travel to on the south coast of the England you can choose between Red Funnel, Wightlink or Hovertravel.

Red Funnel is one of the most established ferry companies sailing from Southampton to Cowes with both a car ferry or hi speed travel for foot passengers only.

Wightlink is one of the largest ferry companies operating from Portsmouth and Lymington for the car ferries and from Portsmouth harbour/station for the catamaran foot passenger ferry that will take you to Ryde pier.

Hover travel is one of the fastest ferry options and operates from Southsea to Ryde for foot passengers only.

Once you are over, head to towards Newport and Thompson’s Restaurant will be there.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text][wp-tiles id=”1279, 1455, 1464″ grids=”Fancy”][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
